Active Participation Policy:
It requires the coach and the athlete to assume their duties consciously in line with the purposes.
The athlete must be conscious of his / her work in accordance with his / her requirements and objectives and make a personal effort towards these objectives.
The trainer can increase his / her progress with the athlete with certain time intervals by constantly discussing its development.
With this in mind, the athlete must combine the objective knowledge of the trainer with the subjective assessment of his sports efficiency.
The coach should use his leadership and mastery to ensure that his athletes develop independently but harmoniously.
She is also responsible for planning the daily life of the Coach Athlete.
The trainer should take the athlete's personal responsibility. The trainer should raise the awareness of the athletes in line with the short and long term training goals.
This is to ensure that the athlete is aware of his / her duty.
As a result, the athlete will make more effort in training and will be aware of his / her responsibilities in his / her personal life.
The athlete will be able to understand the positive and negative aspects of sportive efficiency, how he can correct his / her negative aspects and how he / she can improve the results.
Active participation should continue outside of training (bad habit and environmental problems with the environment)
Recommendations for Active Participation:
• The trainer must determine the training targets together with the athlete.
• The athlete must take active roles in determining goals according to his / her characteristics.
• The athlete must have good self-assessment
• The athlete must be aware of the objective information obtained by the tests performed to the athlete at certain intervals.
• The athlete must fulfill his / her homework to achieve his / her goals.
• Collaboration in determining the rational goals of the athlete increases the enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
• The targets should be realistic and the upper limits of the predictable.
